Terms of Use and Refund Policy

These terms apply to everyone who uses Homtiq.com, operated by Aurum Traders (owner: Muhammad Ateeq), Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By browsing the site, creating an account or posting an ad you agree to them.

1. What Homtiq is

Homtiq is a platform where owners, dealers and agents advertise property. We are not a broker, agent or party to any deal. We do not own, inspect or guarantee any property, price, document or seller. We are not responsible for any payment, deposit, token money, commission or other money dealing between users, and we do not hold or handle any such money. Always visit the property, check ownership papers with the relevant authority, and never pay money before doing so.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.

3. Rules for ads

You may post an ad only for a property you own or are authorised to advertise. Ads must be truthful about price, size, location and condition, and must use genuine photos of that property (at least 3). Each property may be listed once. You must not post fake, duplicate or misleading ads, stolen photos, explicit or offensive content, personal documents, or anything illegal. Mark your ad as Sold or Rented as soon as the property is sold or rented. Closed ads stay visible, without contact details, in the Sold / Rented tab for 90 days.

4. Review, editing and removal

Every ad is reviewed before it goes live. You may edit your ad for 24 hours after posting, and at any time while it waits for review. Every edit sends the ad back to review and it is hidden until approved again. We may reject, edit, hide or delete any ad or account that breaks these terms, without refund of any boost on that ad.

5. Free ads, extra ads and duration

Each account may post 3 ads free per calendar month. Extra ads use paid credits. Ads stay live for 30 days (rooms for rent), 45 days (other rentals), 60 days (houses, plots, flats and shops for sale) or 90 days (farmland, farmhouses, plazas and commercial plots for sale), counted from approval. Expired ads are hidden automatically. Prices and durations may change; the price shown when you pay applies to your purchase.

6. Payments and refunds

Boosts and extra-ad credits are paid by transfer to the official Homtiq EasyPaisa account shown on the site. After paying, send the receipt and your Ad ID or account email to us on WhatsApp. We activate the service after we verify the payment.

Refunds: if we cannot activate a service you paid for, we refund the full amount. Once a boost or credit has been activated it is not refundable, except where we made an error. Send refund requests to [email protected] within 7 days of payment and we will respond within a few working days. Refunds go back to the account you paid from. Only pay to the account shown on this site; we are not responsible for payments sent anywhere else.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Homtiq a free, worldwide licence to display, copy, resize and promote your ads and photos on the site and in our marketing. You promise that you have the right to give this licence.

8. Third-party ads and links

The site may show sponsor banners, Google ads and links to other sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for what you do with them.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or error free, or that any ad is accurate or any seller honest. To the fullest extent the law allows, Homtiq is not liable for losses arising from deals between users, from user content, or from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other users. You may stop using the site, or ask us to close your account, at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
