How it works
- Pick ads and ask for a Homtiq visit. Press "Request a Homtiq visit" on any ad; our team goes, takes fresh photos and a short video, and confirms the plot number on the ground.
- Documents, explained. Possession vs allotment vs file; fard and intiqal; NOC; what a transfer at Bahria / DHA / CDA involves. Start with the safety kit and the society check.
- Get your fard without flying. Punjab Land Records services are available at Pakistani missions in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi; ask the mission for the PLRA counter.
- Pay and finance through a Roshan Digital Account. Non-resident Pakistanis with NICOP can buy at filer tax rates through the special PSID route, and finance a home with Roshan Apna Ghar (compare).
- Power of attorney. Attested at the mission; give it only to someone you fully trust, and keep it specific to one property.
- Never send token money before the visit report and original documents. Use the bayana receipt with two witnesses.
