The Homtiq promise: what we will never do

Homtiq is an advertising platform for property, run from Rawalpindi by Aurum Traders. This is what we promise every buyer, tenant, owner and dealer.

We never buy, sell or develop property ourselves.
We never share your enquiry with other dealers. Your message goes only to the person who posted the ad.
We never sell ranking. Every ad is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
We tell you when an ad was last confirmed available.
We never ask for token money or payments through Homtiq.

If we ever break one of these, tell us on WhatsApp and we will fix it and say so publicly.
